Opportunities to Gather
We are having weekly Prayer Gatherings on Sundays from 9:30-10:00 am inside the Sanctuary with the air conditioning. All are welcome to join in this time of prayer for our communities, this country, and the world.
Our Worship Service begins at 10 am. The message this week is from Psalm 65 entitled “Enrichment Activities.” The service will be livestreamed on the church Facebook page at 10 am. After the service, it will be posted on the church YouTube page and on the church website.
Young Adult Sunday School Class meets outside after the morning service.
Our next BVCC Zoom Prayer Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, at 6:30 pm.
Youth Group will meet outside at the church tonight, September 13, from 6:30-8:30 pm.
Announcements
There is the possibility of moving and reinstalling the church Playground Set on Tuesday, October 27. Please let Pastor Mark know if you are willing and able to help during the day with this project which is to be done under the direction of a professional installer.
The Elders will meet Monday, September 14, at 7 pm.
The Word & Worship Committee will meet Wednesday, September 16, at 7 pm.

The Youth Survivor Croquet Tournament will be held on Sunday, September 20, at the Mennonite Heritage Center from 3-5 pm. Spectators are welcome!
The Bally Community Center is opening! The first week is September 22-24. Grades 9-12 will meet Tuesdays from 7:30-8:30 pm, grades 5-8 will meet Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm, Grades 1-4 will meet Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 pm. We will be wearing masks, and there will be new wavers. No snacks will be provided, but there will be lots of fun!
Liberty Ministries is hosting a Virtual Banquet on Saturday, October 17. Please RSVP by October 1.
Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is holding a Prayer March in Washington, D.C., on Saturday, September 26 from 12-2 pm. Consider joining in prayer from your home if you cannot attend.
Prayer Requests
Please pray for the Elders as they make plans to move back inside. In this time of change and perpetual uncertainty, we know that not everyone will agree with the choices we make. Please pray that we bring Glory to God with our decisions, and that unity can be maintained in the church.
Pray for mercy from God, healing for our country, and guidance for our leaders.
Pray for the completion of the building addition as it nears the end of the project.
